A jet-ski journey atop a frozen lake and gathering 210 metres of fishing nets (through the hole cut with a chainsaw) was a truly inspiring moment. 

We gained a personal connection to the ingredients and learned– how fish move with the currents, why nets are placed in specific spots and how nature’s cycles dictate fishing. It deepened our respect for Finnish nature.
