Please note that we only sell gift cards, and due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.

Gift Card Policy

• No Returns or Refunds: All gift card purchases are non-refundable. Once a gift card has been purchased, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
• Expiration: Restaurant LOBO gift cards do not expire and can be redeemed at any time at our restaurant.
• Damaged or Lost Cards: We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Please treat them like cash.
